- How do I setup my in2clouds service?
- If you are not a Salesforce administrator please make sure to contact your administrator to follow these instructions

- Assign the custom fields to the Opportunity Layout of your preference
- Visit the scoring page to start your scoring process
- in2clouds Sales Analytics will assign probability rankings to each of your open opportunities. Rankings are computed based on historical information. Their values go from 1 to 10, where 1 represents the best ranking or most likely to close and 10 the least likely to close.

- This looks great but we would like to use it to score Leads and include our company's custom fields. Can you help us?
None. The in2clouds scores are saved in your source system (e.g. Salesforce) so you can use it as part of your custom views and daily reports. You only need to decide how to prioritize your opportunities based on this score. We typically recommend focusing on the top 6-7 deciles/rankings. Sales staff can use the score as a guide to help them plan how to spend their time. A sales manager could use the score to align his efforts with corporate goals. A marketing manager can look at the scores and identify gaps in lead generation programs.
